No Development without Addressing Climate Change is a report written and researched jointly by Demos Helsinki and Kepa, the umbrella organisation for Finnish civil society organisations that work with development cooperation or are otherwise interested in global affairs. The report illustrates the links between development and climate policies, and grants tools to development policy actors for entering the climate change discourse. The report has been translated into English and Portuguese, with Kepa and its member organisations making use of it in many contexts.
